When Team India captain Virat Kohli was returning for the pavilion after being dismissed, his anger was seen as soon as he reached the boundary line. Virat looked completely unhappy with the umpire’s decision and hit the boundary line quickly before reaching the dressing room. BCCI.TV has shared the video, in which you can see the reaction of Virat Kohli from his decision to get out to his return to the dressing room. Controversy erupted over Ajaz Patel’s delivery on which he was given out.
Virat was rested from the three-match T20 International series against New Zealand and the first Test match and Virat was returning to the field after the T20 World Cup. Fans expected that Virat’s bat would see a great innings, but it did not happen and he was dismissed without opening an account. Ijaz appealed for LBW against Virat and onfield umpire Anil Chaudhary gave him out.

Virat was sure that the ball had hit his bat before hitting the pad. He immediately took DRS, the third umpire after seeing the replays upheld the onfield umpire’s decision by saying that there was no conclusive evidence that the ball first hit the bat and then hit the pad. After that Virat had to leave the crease. Virat got out in this match without opening the account.
